DotSpeed LLC provides truck dispatch services to carriers and owner-operators. We act as a service provider to assist in load booking, rate negotiation, and broker communication. We are not a freight broker, carrier, or freight forwarder.
We do not guarantee specific load availability, revenue levels, or consistent load frequency. Load availability depends on market conditions, freight lanes, and broker availability.
Clients are responsible for maintaining valid MC numbers, DOT licenses, insurance, and compliance with all applicable transportation laws and regulations. DotSpeed LLC is not responsible for any regulatory violations by the client.
DotSpeed LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, lost freight, accidents, or disputes arising between carriers and brokers. Our role is limited to dispatch coordination and communication.
Payment terms are agreed upon separately between the client and DotSpeed LLC. Standard dispatch fees range from 5–10% per dispatched load, payable after carrier receives payment from broker.
DotSpeed LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at our discretion, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

DotSpeed LLC provides service-based dispatch solutions. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Once dispatch services have started — including any load search, broker communication, or load booking activity — no refunds will be issued for dispatch fees already earned.
If a client cancels before any service has been initiated or before any load has been searched or booked on their behalf, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of DotSpeed LLC.
Any refund disputes must be submitted in writing to support@dotspeeddispatch.com within 7 days of the service date in question. DotSpeed LLC will review and respond within 14 business days.
We do not offer refunds due to low load availability, unfavorable market rates, or any conditions outside our control. Dispatch fees are charged for the service provided, not for outcomes guaranteed.

Clients may cancel our dispatch services at any time before a load has been booked. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods with DotSpeed LLC.
Once a load has been booked or dispatch services have commenced for a specific load, cancellation may not be possible and may result in broker penalties or fees borne by the carrier. DotSpeed LLC is not responsible for any broker cancellation fees.
To cancel services, clients must notify DotSpeed LLC via email at support@dotspeeddispatch.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Cancellation is effective upon written confirmation from DotSpeed LLC.
Any dispatch fees earned for loads already booked or in progress remain due and payable even after service cancellation.

By engaging with DotSpeed LLC for dispatch services, the client agrees to the following service terms.
DotSpeed LLC will act as a dispatch service provider on the client's behalf. This includes communicating with freight brokers, negotiating load rates, booking loads, and managing dispatch documentation.
The client grants DotSpeed LLC authority to communicate with brokers and book loads on their behalf. The client retains full responsibility for transportation, regulatory compliance, and delivery performance.
The standard dispatch fee is 5–10% of the gross load rate, agreed upon prior to service commencement. Fees are due after the client receives payment from the broker. Specific fee percentages are confirmed in the individual Dispatcher-Carrier Agreement signed between both parties.
Both parties agree to keep business-related information confidential and not to share proprietary operational details with competitors.
Either party may terminate this service agreement with written notice. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.
